The website www.ekfiseoshome.com is an online shop that exhibits and disposes products and services through the Internet. It represents the physical shop under the brand name “EK FISEOS” («ΕΚ ΦΥΣΕΩΣ») based in the city of Argos in Argolida (postal code: 21232), 2, Vas. Payment
- You can pay off the value of your order by using your credit or debit card through the Stripe platform, a safe environment of online payments, directly and without owning or needing to create a personal account. The types of card you can use are: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro.
- You can pay off the value of your order through the online payments system Paypal by using your personal account. The types of card you can use are: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Jcb, Diner’s Club and EnRoute.
- Alternatively, you can pay off the value of your order by bank transfer. In this case you can place your order by either calling us or sending us an e-mail. We will calculate the shipping cost and we will send you the total cost of your order including the shipping cost. Then you can transfer the order’s value to one of our bank accounts (see below).
Shipping
We deliver your order though the Hellenic Post by air. Your order will be shipped to the address you have declared during the next three days from the moment you have placed your order. The shipping cost will be automatically calculated by the website and will be paid by the receiver (all prices include taxes).

In this case the customer is due to pay the bank expenses.
Please state the same name you have used to place your order as the justification. In case you don’t complete the bank transfer in the following 8 days after your order, then the order is considered as cancelled.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
- Return of product(s) due to mistake in delivery
1. In any case that the delivery product(s) is/are not the same as that/those of the order, either because a different product is delivered or the amount of products is different than the one of the order, then the buyer is due to return the product(s) immediately to the shop in the exact state as it/they was/were delivered, in their package, including the documents included, in order that the people in charge of the shop can check and ascertain the mistake.
2. In this case the expenses of the product(s)’ return as well as the new shipping will be paid by the shop. For typical reasons the buyer will have to pay the shipping cost and then send the receipt through email so that the shop can identify the exact shipping cost and immediately refund the amount to the buyer. The packaging must be fulfilled as described above.
- Return of faulty product(s)
1. In the case that the buyer realizes that the product(s) delivered is/are faulty and the fault is made by the shop, then the buyer has the right not to receive it/them and to return to the shop the faulty product(s) immediately (intact and sealed) including the relevant documentation in its/their full packaging. If the fault is realized later than the delivery and the packaging has been destroyed or it has been delivered by the distributor, then the packaging is not required.
2. The product(s)’ return will be made by post. The expenses of the product(s)’ return as well as the new shipping will be paid by the shop. For typical reasons the buyer will have to pay the shipping cost and then send the receipt through email so that the shop can identify the exact shipping cost and immediately refund the amount to the buyer.
3. After the return of the product(s), the people in charge of the shop check the fault of the product(s) and then they contact the buyer in order to let him know about the results.
4. After the fault has been checked, then the people in charge of the shop are due to replace the product(s) or if the replacement of the product(s) isn’t possible or is due to delay, then they are due to proceed to the cancellation of the trading. In the case of the trading’s cancellation, the refund of the initial order is due to be completed in full with no extra interest, unless otherwise agreed between the two parties.
- Return of non-faulty product(s) – Entitlement of unjustified withdrawing on behalf of the buyer
1. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase in a period of 10 days after the delivery of the products. The withdrawing can be fulfilled under the following conditions:
– In this case the withdrawing is unjustified and with no charge, and in the case that the product has already been delivered, the buyer is due to return the product at the same good state that he delivered it including the relevant documentation in its packaging. In this case the return of the product is being accepted as long as the buyer has paid the shipping cost for the product’s return. The people in charge of the shop are due to refund the cost of the initial purchase (excluding the initial shipping cost).
- Purchase’s cancellation
If the buyer has completed the purchase but the product hasn’t been shipped yet, then the buyer has the right to contact the people in charge of the shop and they will cancel his order at no cost.
